Application Terms
Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where applicable).
Original Work
All artwork, portfolio samples, videos, and materials submitted must be your original work or work you have the legal right to share.
Application Review
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed based on quality, fit, and availability.
Content Submission
If accepted, artists may be invited to submit original process videos and related content in accordance with future project guidelines.
Rights & Ownership
You retain ownership of your artwork. Any permissions for the Collective to use submitted content for promotion, streaming, or marketing will be outlined in a separate creator agreement before any content is published.
Accuracy of Information
You agree that all information provided in your application is truthful and current.
Communications
You consent to being contacted regarding your application via email or phone.
Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties.
By submitting this application form, Creator agrees that and and all submitted video footage of their artwork and/or art process to Lit Artist Collective for the agreed payment is their own, & Original Artwork. Creator keeps ownership of the raw footage and artwork, but grants Lit Artist Collective an ongoing right to edit, publish, promote, and reuse the footage and related content across YouTube, the Company website, social media, and marketing channels. Creator has creative freedom in how the footage is filmed and presented, but final editing and published assets are at Lit Artist Collective's discretion. Creator agrees not to file or support takedown claims for uses authorized by this agreement.

No. We want to capture your authentic creative process, so you'll simply film artwork you were already planning to create. There's no need to change your workflow or make anything specifically for us. You keep your Art, to sell to your customers and customers sent through our channels.

Modern smartphones are more than enough. We simply ask for steady, well-lit footage recorded in HD so your artwork can be showcased at its best.

Absolutely. Your artwork is always yours. You remain free to sell your work, accept commissions, and use your artwork however you choose. Lit Artist Collective only receives permission to edit and publish the video footage you provide as part of our collaboration.
